We collaborate with schools, families, and the local government to establish the right support at the right time, with frequent reviews to ensure we are on pace to meet agreed-upon goals. Following a review meeting, plans may be altered, resulting in reintegration into the mainstream setting or another educational provision, training, or further education setting.
Schools, local governments, or private individuals may directly commission our services. We have completed the Hertfordshire County Council’s and Central Bedfordshire commissioning processes and are completely compliant.
Having steady, positive adult influences at key times in an adolescent’s life can lead to increased self-esteem, improved academic performance and social relationships, and increased confidence. Our mentors take pride in helping the children they partner with realise their true potential.
We know that each unique individual faces unique challenges. That’s why we aim to meet each youth where they are-both physically and emotionally-and create a personalized approach to help them meet their goals. At the heart of everything we do is the desire to empower young people to create better opportunities for themselves by making decisions that will positively impact their future.
